Hop To It...

So our sleeping patterns are not entirely sorted and I for one continue to wake up around 3 US time.

We all woke up hungry and after getting ready decided that we would head to IHOP. That's the International House of Pancakes for those who aren't familiar with the name. There was a wait list but it only took 15 minutes to get seated. It's a fairly quick turnaround at IHOP.

Mrs J went for the sweet option, with Miss B going for a sweet and savoury combo. Miss H and I settled for savoury.

After breakfast we returned to the apartment and sat on the balcony watching the world go by, letting our late breakfast go down.

Once ready we got changed and headed for the beach. It was a lot quieter than on Sunday with a lot of cloud cover, so whilst extremely warm, we were spared the bright sun. Having said that, when the clouds passed...

After a couple of hours in the water, we rewarded ourselves with an ice cream. It's so fab, we know it has become a tradition already. We will have to take some pics for you next time.

We then retired to the balcony to dry out and quench our thirsts.

So after spending a relaxing few hours we showered and got changed and headed out once more. We had a few items that we needed to go shopping for and wandered round the shops like tourists - as you do...

It was getting late by this time and everyone was hungry, so we dived into Extreme Pizza. You know when something is unplanned and turns out to be magnificent? Not sure if it was because it was late and last minute or we were really hungry but the pizzas were amazing. We will leave you a picture of one of the pizzas and a sunset pic.
